WhatsApp post on its official blog that WhatsApp will be testing new features to make it easier for more peoples to make communication with businesses they want to reach on WhatsApp. They also said,”We’re building and testing new tools via a free WhatsApp Business app for small companies and an enterprise solution for bigger companies operating at a large scale with a global base of customers, like airlines, e-commerce sites, and banks”.
A few days ago, WhatsApp already started a piolet program that features a green verification badge on verified business accounts which told users that this business was officially verified by the messaging service.
